We will start the session with a short simple and gentle yoga practices, to begin to connect, align and balance the mind and body.
You will then be invited to make yourself very comfortable on your yoga mat or chair, to begin the sound bathing meditation.
What is Sound bathing?
Sound bathing , is a sound vibration form of meditation, where participants relax and are bathed in the vibrational sounds of various instruments. They are : Crystal bowl, Steel tongue drum, Tibetan singing bowls, Gongs, Rain stick and Chimes.
These vibrational sounds promote a deep relaxation, giving the mind and body time and space to find its centre and rebalance. By clearing and cleansing the day to day build up of the energetic stress and strains in our lives.
After a short break for refreshments and toilet break we will then head out into the field with the horses a time to connect, reflect and soak up the horses calming healing energy.
This gentle practice but is not suitable for those who are pregnant, epileptic or have a pacemaker.

Please bring yoga mat or chair or whatever you want use for the sound bathing.
Blankets and cushions
Sensible footwear for time with the horses. No opened toed shoes.
And dress for the weather.
