Just a 45-minute drive east of Perth, this 168-hectare man-made lake is a beautiful blend of white sandy shores, calm clear water, native eucalyptus forest and walking trails.
Set aside some time for a guided morning meditation by the shimmering water; then awaken your body with a hike on the scenic loop trail that winds around the lake and through the forest. You’ll see glimpses of native birds and observe the bush-silence with the practice of ‘Komorebi’, bathing in our surroundings and gaining a full sensory immersion in nature.
Afterwards, we’ll transition into a dynamic yoga flow in the open lawn, surrounded by tall trees and native flora, combining movement and mindfulness. Then, for a playful One and Only twist, we’ll paddle together in canoes across the lake’s still waters - a perfect moment to breathe, connect and release tension.
Lunch will be nourishing and rejuvenating: expect fresh, whole-food fare accompanied by cold-pressed juice to replenish and support recovery. We end with a gentle mobility session to help you stretch deeper, mobilise your hips, shoulders and spine, all in the soft light of the bush venue.
