The half day retreat takes place at the studio, starting off with mellow yoga, a walk, relaxation session and a delicious healthy lunch. This is for all levels of yoga, no previous experience needed. We will be walking locally, along the towpath, which is a level path with a good surface so you won't need any specific walking boots, just whatever is comfortable. £60 - early bird rate of £50 available if booked before the 30th October.
