Time surely does fly. Last week Saturday I was teaching at the Conscious Movement Conference this weekend I’m planning workshops and retreats for Europe. I’m bringing the ‘Spiralling into Spaciousness’ session I taught at the Conference to London. It’s a deliberately fascia focused movement flow. We’ll explore hydrating movement sequences, multidimensional spirals and self massage techniques that will leave your body feeling ‘open’, spacious and free.
Spiralling into spaciousness also refers to a journey of expanding one’s perspective, experiencing a more expansive, liberating state of mind.
