A half day retreat led by a Buddhist monk called Reverend Favian of Portobello Buddhist Priory.On our half day retreats we have three periods of meditation, a short morning service where we recite two Buddhist scriptures. Reverend Favian will give a talk and there will be the chance to ask questions. During the talk there will be tea and biscuits!
Everyone is welcome to attend. If you can it is better to have attended one of our weekly Thursday 7.30pm meetings but that is not essential. Entry is by donation, we recommend £10 to cover room hire and travel costs.
