Autograph and Photograph pre-purchase for Hal-Con 2025!
All sessions are available while supplies last. They are non-refundable except in the event of a guest cancellation. Each session has a finite number of slots. If you do not arrive on your scheduled day, there is no exchanging for a different day.
All prices can be found listed in the Autograph & Photograph room or by visiting our website at https://hal-con.com/guest-list and clicking on the guest you are interested in.
A Hal-Con ticket valid for the day of the Photo Op/Autograph ticket you’re buying is required. An autograph or photograph ticket does not provide admittance to Hal-Con.
Table photos (selfies) or autograph & table photo (selfie) combos are at the guests discretion. These will be available for purchase online or at the Ticket Booth. Note that cash will NOT be accepted at the table for selfies.
Some guests may require plexiglass dividers for photographs, or at their auto booths. Guests might also opt to wear masks at their auto booths.
Pre-purchase info
Autograph and Photograph Presales will open for Warp Speed ticket holders on September 30th, 2025 and for all other ticket holders on October 1st, 2025. Eventbrite store purchases will generate a barcode. Before your session, the barcode ticket will be scanned at the front of each line.
Note that all purchases will require a barcode. Cash sales must be completed at a Ticket Booth (either the booth on the first floor or the one on the fifth floor).
Pre-purchased and online sales will make the lines move more quickly. We encourage everyone to buy online, either in advance or during the Convention. Note that the price during the convention for in-person credit/debit card sales will be the same as the online price.
Autograph Sessions
You must have a valid admission ticket to be able to use an autograph voucher. Purchase of an autograph or photograph voucher does not provide admission to the convention.
All autograph sales are available while supplies last. They are non-refundable except in the event of a guest cancellation. Each session has a limited number of slots. If you do not arrive for your scheduled slot, you cannot exchange for a different one.
Attendees can purchase a maximum of 3 autographs for the same actor at a time. After receiving those autographs, you can get back in line for 3 more autographs and repeat as often as you like. One autograph voucher = one signature.
Attendees can bring in personal items for the guest to sign, but it is up to the guest whether or not they will choose to sign any given item. Some guests may charge a Premium for items other than preapproved printed photos. If you do not have a personal item to sign, or if the guest declines to sign your personal item, there will be a selection of printed photos to choose from in the A/P room, at no additional cost. Free printed photos are not available to those who get a personal item or picture signed.
You are not allowed to take pictures on personal cameras/cell phones while waiting in line for autographs or photographs. All purchases are final sale, refunds are only available in the event the guest cancels their appearance.
Photo Op Sessions
You must have a valid admission ticket to be able to use a photograph voucher. Purchase of a photograph voucher does not provide admission to the convention.
All photograph sales are available while supplies last. They are non-refundable except in the event of a guest cancellation. Each session has a limited number of slots. If you do not arrive for your scheduled slot, you cannot exchange for a different one.
You can purchase a maximum of 3 photographs for the same actor at a time. After receiving those photographs, you can get back in line for 3 more photographs and repeat as often as you like. One photograph voucher = one professional 8″x10″ print with a maximum of 4 attendees in one photograph.
Attendees may purchase a digital download and/or extra prints for an additional $10.00 (each) plus applicable taxes. The photographer's goal is to have the digital photos available on the same day the photo was taken, but in the event of technological difficulties, it will be available no later than one week after the convention. You’ll receive an email at the email address you provide them as soon as the digital image is ready for you.

Autograph & Photo Room
Most actor autographs and photographs will take place in the autograph & photograph section on the Convention Level on the first floor. Author, comic, cosplay and voice actor guests will be located in the Ballroom on the Fifth Floor. Please see the convention schedule for further information. See map for more location details.

Other Signings
Unless otherwise specified, there is no charge to have your favorite author, comic creator or cosplayer, sign a book or item but we do have a limit of 3 signatures at a time. Don’t worry, after the limit is reached you’re welcome to return to the end of the line for more! Want them to sign a copy of their latest, and haven’t had a change to grab it yet? Good news, Chapters Indigo will be stocking titles from many of our guests and they will be available for sale, while supplies last.

Autograph & Photo Refunds
While we will make every effort to maintain the current schedule, things frequently happen that are beyond our control. Guests are subject to cancellation or schedule change, due to professional or personal commitments. In such circumstances, Hal-Con cannot be held responsible. We will refund any pre-purchased Autographs or Photo Ops in the manner they were purchased for CANCELLED sessions only. We will not refund purchases where the time of the autograph or photograph session changes but occurs on the same day for which it was scheduled. Full policy information, visit hal-con.com
