Movers And shakers, we’ll be gathering in Baltinglass for our December day of drumming, focusing on Haitian Sacred Rhythms .These rhythms are trance weaves, as such bring layers as they can get quite spicy and some spontaneous dancing has been known erupt.😜Talking of spices, please bring food to share for lunch, we will have a break during the day to eat and connect.
