We'll share some thoughts and lead you through a series of gentle exercises designed to open your heart and bring you into connection with others.

This venue is not wheel chair accessible. Please do not wear perfumes or strong scents. Park in the street. If you have mobility issues, park near the home.There is an optional potluck following the presentation.
