This 6.7 mile walk combines all of Walks 5 and 6 of the new Telford Coronation Walks, part of the Telford T50 Trail and sections of the Silkin Way, to make a scenic, circular walk on good paths throughout. Meet outside Hop and Vine in Hadley Local Centre (nearest car park is in Manse Road adjacent to the Hop & Vine, enter from Hadley Local Centre off Britannia Way). The start is close to the bus station. It's full of local and historic interest. Highlights include Leegomery Pool, Leegomery Mill, Apley Woods' beautiful pools, chainsaw carvings, specimen trees and snowdrops. We return via Hadley's famous historic Guillotine Locks. Bring drink and packed lunch. Dogs on leads please. If you have not walked with us before, you must let the leader know you have read our dogs policy (available on website). Non members are welcome.
