This Basic Food Hygiene & HACCP awareness course is ideal for any staff working with food. It is designed to give food handlers an understanding of the causes of food poisoning and the knowledge to prevent food contamination from occurring.This course satisfies the requirements of the FSAI Training Level 1 & 2.
