About this Event
International HACCP Alliance Accredited 2 day HACCP Manager course. This course meets GFSI and regulatory (USDA / FDA) requirements for HACCP Certification in Food Manufacturing Industry. Learners will learn about the HACCP system that contains fundamentals (Good Manufacturing Practices), Supporting Elements - Pre - Requisiste Programs and HACCP Plans built by using 7 HACCP principles. Participants will leave the class with a template of HACCP Plan designed according to standards required by food manufacturing industry.
