Join Sensory Scientist (and Advanced Cicerone®) Rikki Welz of John I Haas and Chef Jacob Garland of Tandem Unicycle in a filling evening as they stuff your mind and stomach with knowledge. As you eat and drink, you will learn to apply a special process of considerations and practices to create a beer and food pairing that will excite, entice, and invigorate your appreciation for beer.
This instructional dinner will feature many local ingredients and beers, as a celebration of all of Yakima's bountiful harvests, as well as actual coursework and a tasty quiz!
