H4 Wellness Expo

H4 was created to address the generational disparities in access to information and treatment related to heart health and especially heart disease for ethnic populations and acutely, people of African descent; as this population is at the greatest risk of lifestyle complications related to heart health including but not limited to shortened life expectancy. H4 represents the connection between healthy choices, healthy hearts, healthy communities, and healthy generations.
