
About this Event
A gymnastics-based session concentrating on handstands & bar work coached by highly qualified and experienced gymnastics coaches.
The session will drill the key positions you need for stronger handstands and more efficient bar work. We’ll hit core control, shoulder stability and hollow/arch shaping for better kips, pull-ups and anything upside down!
We will deliver a mix of skill drills, strength work and work on tension to help with body awareness and power that carries over into your workouts.
Prepare to work hard and have fun, taking advantage of this unique instruction from coaches of State and National level athletes.
