Mens Fitness
Classic Physique
You will see we do not have a bodybuilding category.
Each of the above categories require a certain level of mass depending on the category criteria but ALL require excellent levels of condition
We have seen condition trump muscle mass in every overall male line up since our inaugural gala back in 2019.
Last year's overalls was very close but when we spoke to the judging team after ,they ALL went with the competitor who brought better levels of condition ��
