Come join us at Gym Giant for a morning of fitness fun. Whether you're a gym newbie or a seasoned pro, this event is for you! Try out our state-of-the-art equipment, meet our friendly staff, and take part in exciting group classes. Our DJ will be spinning some energy from 9am-1pm, we have two FREE FHX Community classes at 9am and 10:15am, local vendors and some "to-go" protein overnight oats for all!
