1. BEETS + GREENS SALAD (vegetarian and gluten sensitive) : red beets, quinoa, candied walnuts, tomato, cucumber, goat cheese, maple citrus vinaigrette
2. ROASTED CAULIFLOWER SOUP (vegetarian and gluten sensitive) : topped with turmeric cauliflower + basil oil

Entree Options:

1. westcoast sockeye SALMON (gluten sensitive and dairy free): maple soy glaze, pineapple salsa, coconut rice & seasonal vegetables
2. SPINACH & MASCARPONE GNOCCHI (vegetarian ): truffle cream sauce
3. BACON-WRAPPED CHICKEN CONFIT (gluten sensitive) mushroom cream sauce, mashed potatoes, asparagus, roasted tomatoes
