In GAPS series healing workshops, you will learn in detail the 6 steps GAPS (Gut & Psychology Syndrome) protocol with practical food demos. Future, longer classes will include Kundalini Yoga, dealing with sugar addiction, relaxation retraining and introductions to Homeopathy. 1-2:30pm Healing and Sealing the gut with food as Preventative Medicine: Food demo of making Beet Kvass and Sauerkraut
2:30-3:30 Addressing sugar addiction: Participants are asked to bring a mortar and pestle for a grinding process (sugar will be provided)
