This 60-minute gut health workshop is part of a 7-workshop series, designed to help you understand how gut health impacts real-life outcomes like energy, mood, focus, hormones and performance.
Each workshop focuses on a specific topic and breaks down what’s really going on in the gut, why common symptoms keep showing up, and which simple changes make the biggest difference. No extreme diets. No confusing science. Just clear, food-first guidance you can apply straight away.
