Guranfoe is an English rock group that formed in 2012 in Norwich. Their music forges elements of progressive rock, improvisational jazz, psychedelic rock, folk-rock, electric fusion and ancient ragas.
They have recently supported Caravan, Acid Mothers Temple, Black Peaches, Focus and Soft Machine. In 2019 they played at festivals in Wales, Norway and around England.
Their debut studio album, "Sum of Erda", was released in December 2019 to high praise from the international prog community.

⚫⚫⚫ GLUTTON ⚫⚫⚫
Live film:

Glutton is an prog-rock/post-rock quartet from Oslo, Norway. Their artistic ambition is to combine the sonic and compositional explorations of traditional prog with a wide range of styles and expressions that include jazz and classical minimalism.
Their most recent album, "Eating Music", was released in May 2019.
Eating Music imperceptibly goes beyond the limits of specific genres, and moments even paralyzes with its visionary sound, time after time surprising listener with spontaneity, unpredictability, and a kind of musical visionary. – Rockserwis FM
Now this one guarantees them a ticket into prog heaven! Glutton won't care much about stylistically classifications when blending post, psych, jazz, new wave and indie rock in a favorable manner. Maverick, voluminous, powerful, melodic and entertaining. 4.5/5 – Prog Archive
