Help raise funds for local people who are doing it tough by joining the Red Shield Appeal Gunnedah Steps for Hope this May.Just walk a target number of steps for the month (e.g., 20,000 steps) while raising awareness and funds to help people experiencing financial and housing hardship in our community.
Step 1: Sign up on the link below and set a step goal (you can join solo or with a team! This is a great way to work on that friendly rivalry you have with that other business or organisation!
Step 2: Walk! You can use your fitness trackers or smartphones to record your steps. Share daily progress on social media using #GunnedahStepsForHope #Gunnedah #RedShieldAppeal
Step 3: Raise funds and awareness! Spread the word and seek your sponsors. While you want to meet your goal, it is easier to seek a donation amount from sponsors rather than per step. Don’t forget to share your personal stories!
Step 4: Celebrate! All money raised through the QR code is linked to the Red Shield Appeal’s Digital Doorknock for the Gunnedah Salvos and spent locally!
