Hey Homies 🍻On Friday the 17th of October, Hometown Hangout has decided to pioneer a night for the deejays and emcees by partnering up with Dj Niko Yu (DK) and Dj Moto (JP) so they can launch their latest collective called "Gunfingerz and Good Vibez" and play the classics from the genres that got them started in the deejay game, just to vibe with each other and their peers.
The two hip-hop, funk and reggae heads will be spinning all night to create a time-warp to the past which gave rise to their mutual love for the genres and deejaying. They would love for all their friends and family to be there for the closest thing existing in this world for time traveling and any new heads who would want to learn about the golden age of partying.
And if you thought that was all, they've got another surprise coming for ya! Dj Niko Yu might have been deejaying since he was 12 years old but in the early 2000's, he was an emcee in a hip-hop duo in Denmark called "Alliancen" with his co-emcee Patrick Chan, who luckily happens to be visiting his partner in crime (Niko) in his adopted Kingdom of Wonder - Cambodia!
To celebrate Patrick's first visit to Cambodia and his reunification with Niko, they will be grabbing the mics yet again for a short set bringing back the hits that Alliancen was renowned for in Denmark. Yes, the lyrics will be in Danish but you cannot/should not miss this opportunity to see this celebrated duo reunifying on stage to show us all how they used to do it in the glory days of hip-hop in the heart of Europe. For one night only, Alliancen rides again at Hometown Hangout!
