Join Chef Cameron Carr for an intimate, one-night-only experience as he unveils a 6-course candlelit tasting menu—paired with finely curated beverages—celebrating the refined, lesser-known cuisine of Germany’s Black Forest region.
Known for its misty mountains, fairytale towns, and golden autumn canopies, the Black Forest is a place of quiet mystery and culinary depth. Chef Carr brings a fresh perspective to this heritage, blending tradition with subtle innovation.
Each course will be introduced with a touch of storytelling, set in a warmly lit, sensory-rich space inspired by the forests and inns of southwestern Germany. Expect warm candlelight , deep forest scents, soft music, and a transportive evening that engages all senses.
