Im a Plant-Based Chef, and I run The Plant-Based Kitchen where I explore various cuisines including sharing my authentic Gujarati cuisine through intimate dinner events & gatherings. I love experimenting with the rich flavours of my cultural heritage, by recreating my families traditional dishes in a modern and health conscious way for everyone to enjoy.
My passion is to craft simple, yet delicious and nourishing recipes using easily accessible ingredients with minimal effort. I believe in empowering individuals to prioritize their health through sharing knowledge, motivation, and support. Remember, "Love what you eat and be what you eat to live a long and healthier life."
