Guitarist Jackson Evans is a staple of the Low Country jazz community. He is known for his partnership with bassist and singer Maggie Evans and leading his own trio, but can also be heard with the Jody Espina Trio, the Martin Lesch band, and occasionally as a guest with the gypsy-honkytonk outfit, Velvet Caravan.
