Discover the biodiversity & history of the forest with Ōtanewainuku Kiwi Trust. The walks will start on the hour from 9am with last walk at 2pm.
The 11am & 1pm walks will be ideal for families with young children as our school educator will be taking them.
There will be someone at the shelter all day to talk to, sunshine has been ordered and picnics are recommended.
Registrations are essential.
When: Saturday March 22nd
Starting at 9am, 10am, 11am 12pm, 1pm, 2pm.
Where: Meet at The Shelter, please arrive at least 10 mins before your allotted time.
The Shelter, Ōtanewainuku Forest, 680 Mountain Road, Oropi
Tickets: This is a FREE event to attend. Donations on the day are appreciated.
Conditions: We may be photographing the event, please let us know when you arrive, if you do not want to be in any photos.
