There are many routes up Scafell Pike but the Corridor Route from Seathwaite is one of the best. At 15 kilometres and rising 1,000 metres it is not the shortest; but, it's a rugged exploration of the fells.Weaving in and out of the ghylls, crags and other mountains all the while wiggling its way up to the summit you will feel like you are having a proper adventure scaling the highest mountain in England by this route. With extensive views (if the clouds aren't naughty) you can see to Keswick and Morcambe. On clear days even the Isle of Man and Scotland can be seen.
This route can take anywhere from 6-10 hours depending upon your personal fitness. There is no rush, we will take our time working with you to ensure you get the best from the day.
