About this Event
These school holidays, come and join Peter, Cornwall Park's head farmer for a fun and educational walk through our farm paddocks. You will learn about the farms history, the livestock and what our farmers do daily.
The walk will also include getting up close to a few of our animals, an activity sheet and a competition for the lucky guesser!
Numbers are limited and registrations essential, please register to secure your spot on our Guided Walk.
The walk will go through paddocks and turnstiles, so is not suitable for prams.
Please dress appropriately (things may get muddy) and bring water with you.

The NZ COVID Tracer QR Code will be present at this event and all participants will be expected to scan the code. The code is also placed around the park, in public toilets and within Huia Lodge Discovery Hub. We ask that all participants continue with their basic hygiene practices while at the event and in the park. This includes hand hygiene (washing for 20 seconds, drying thoroughly or using hand sanitiser), coughing or sneezing into your elbow, and avoiding touching your face. Hand sanitiser will be available at the event. If you are feeling unwell before the event, we ask that you stay at home.
