Guided Self Reflection & Sound Bath

Welcome to a nervous system reset and an opportunity for you to feel super f-ing calm in your body, connect with likeminded people, and explore musical instruments and sensory regulation tools.

Dr. Sarah will guide an attunement process where you connect with your body's messages and signals, we'll start with our own regulation and restorative work, and then a Lauren Seezil, will play music to create a sound bath that will shift your mind and your body into a state of bliss.

We promise it really will be that dreamy.

** Prenatal attendees are welcome, however, you are advised to lay in a sideline position, or bring a wedge to have more reclined support.

Sound bath will be guided by Lauren Seezil, licensed massage therapist and registered yoga teacher.
Attunment/self-reflection will be guided by Dr. Sarah Bober, intuitive chiropractor, who blends MINDBODY work, nervous system regulation, and biomechanical alignment principle in her daily work, both personally and professionally.
