Friday May 17 from 7.15-8.30pm, McGrigor Hall, £15:A deeply nurturing evening of slowing down, relaxing and self-compassion. :)
We'll use inclusive mindfulness and breathing practices, very gentle movement (accessible for all) and guided relaxation to help re-balance the nervous system and bring us out of our heads, into our bodies.
There will be poetry readings to inspire and help us settle and rest.
All welcome - no previous experience will be needed or expected.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and two cushions! (If you don't have a mat, please email me and I'll bring one for you.)
With Lucia, is highly trained mindfulness and relaxation teacher, who has 15 years' teaching experience.
