About this Event
Join Ranger George on a 2-mile hike in Schenley Park. We will hike the Lower Panther Hollow Trail and Steve Faloon Memorial Trail to make a loop beginning and ending at the Westinghouse Memorial & Pond. Feel free to bring binoculars, field guides and any questions about the nature or history of Schenley Park! The hike will be moderate difficulty with a steep downhill walk then long, gradual uphill with a steep hill half way through the hike. We will make a few stops at points of interest.
Bathrooms and water will be available near the start and end of the hike when we stop at the Visitor's Center. Please wear weather appropriate clothing. The hike will happen unless there are unsafe weather conditions. Hike may also be shortened based on weather conditions. Ages 5 and up are welcome.
