Families will learn and practice simple and fun mindful strategies as they reconnect to nature. Families can expect light to moderate walking on paved paths and possibly on some unpaved trails. This event will occur rain or shine (except in cases of severe weather). Attendees will start and end at Shelter House 2. Shelter house 2 is located on the right hand side on a slight hill after you pass the fire station. There is a smaller parking lot near Shelter House 2 and a larger parking lot across located at Shelter House 1.
