Here is a little bit about a typical session..The guided meditation session : You can sit or lay whichever is comfortable (yoga mat and blanket are provided for the session)
We gently focus on the breath as I provide a guided meditation body scan, taking you into a meditation of focus (new beginings, confidence, setting goals, letting go)
As you are relaxed I send out a Reiki energy ball for you to accept or decline (personal choice) as this energy is drawn through you you receive an energy boost, love, light and some healing.
We end with the choosing of an affirmation/angel card to read.
A session is £13
I just ask for a £5 deposit to secure your place and the balance to be paid on the evening.
