About this Event
Join me for a gentle, grounding evening of guided meditation and therapeutic sound. You’ll be invited to lie back, soften into stillness, and let go of the day as I guide you inward before bathing you in soothing frequencies from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and more.
This is a space for deep rest, reflection, and nervous system nourishment. No experience needed - just a willingness to receive.
What to expect:
- A short grounding practice to settle you into the space
- A guided meditation to calm the mind and open the heart
- A deeply immersive soundbath using a range of healing instruments

What to bring:
Please wear comfy clothes and although everything you need will be provided, feel free to bring your own cushion or blanket if you'd prefer something familiar. Don't forget your water to stay hydrated.
Please note: The event is not suitable for the following health conditions: epilepsy, heart conditions (incl.pacemakers), any metal implants inside the body or first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor if you are concerned about any health issues ahead of the session.
About the venue:
Studio 6 is on the second floor of an old Mill that unfortunately doesn't have a lift, and therefore accessibility is limited. Please contact us for any further information. On street parking is available at the venue.

Eva Lake is a Holistic Healing Practitioner and Soul Doula for life’s big transitions. Holding a deeply nurturing, judgment-free space, Eva guides her clients with a variety of healing modalities so they can feel whole, empowered, and at home in themselves again.
