Guided Meditation & Reiki Soundbath Series

Gather for a soul nourishing guided meditation followed by a relaxing, restorative Reiki-infused soundbath of gongs, crystal & Tibetan bowls, drums, & chimes.
Each participant will receive a Reiki-infused crystal to take home which will complement & support the energy of the guided meditation.
Bring: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Bring an eyemask, mat (if you need to borrow one, contact Natalia in advance), & a light blanket.
