Join us for a guided meditation and journaling class led by Life coach and Reiki Healer Nadine Koecher, designed to help you calm your mind.
About this Event

Workshop description:

This mind-calming workshop invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with yourself. We will begin with a guided meditation using the Shamatha practice, a powerful technique focused on the breath. You’ll then be guided through a heart-opening visualization that helps quiet the mind, release tension, and make space for inspiration to flow.

From this grounded and peaceful state, you’ll move into a guided journaling session with thoughtfully crafted prompts designed to help you express the emotions and messages that arise from within. The experience will close with a sharing circle, creating a space for reflection, connection, and community.

Whether you’re new to meditation and journaling or already have an established practice, this workshop offers a nurturing environment to explore your inner world.

About your host:

Nadine Koecher is a Life Coach and Reiki healer based between Lisbon, Mexico, and India. She has led guided meditations and cacao ceremonies around the world, creating heart-centered spaces for connection and healing.

Nadine loves supporting others in living a more authentic expression of themselves and guiding them toward a more joyful and fulfilling life. She is also the author of a grief support book called “Letters to a Grieving Heart,” written to help others find light in the darkness of loss.
