Join us for a guided meditation with gentle yoga movements on the mat. This 75-minute workshop on Sunday November 16th from 7-815 pm will unify mind, breath and body.We will begin with asana (postures and movement), utilize pranayama (breath practices), and experience a dhyana (guided meditation) focused on gratitude and abundance to improve mood and inspire overall joy.
We will set an intention, engage in thoughtful movements, and experience guided breath and meditation. The gentle movements will facilitate alignment in our bodies to promote the flow of energy, release stagnant tension, and support our natural detoxification process with breath and meditation.
Please join us with your mat, comfortable clothes, a blanket, water, eye mask if you desire and any additional supports to use as props for the comfort of your body while laying on the mat.
All are welcome, no prior experience required.
