Guided Meditation: A Journey Within
Join us in person for a relaxing and restorative guided meditation. This is an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with your inner calm. Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced, each session offers space to reset, recharge, and return to yourself.
A Journey Within is an ongoing guided meditation held on Wednesday evenings at 7 pm. Each week, we explore grounding into Mother Earth, connecting with ancestors, inner child healing, and cultivating deep presence within the body.
What to bring: A meditation pillow, mat, blanket, small chair if needed, and water for comfort.
**Feel free to come early and settle in with a warm cup of tea. The shop owner offers a variety of thoughtfully crafted blends that support and harmonize with your meditation practice. Herbs and Earth is kindly offering tea for $2.00 per cup (regularly $3.00) as a special $1.00 discount for meditation participants.
