Guided Hypnosis Support Circle with Cindy

During this guided circle, each person is given an opportunity to share their reason for joining (if felt compelled to) Reasons can include: to heal from physical, emotional pain& trauma, to manifest something, to support a behavior or habit change... You can come with any intention and share as much or as little as you like!Cindy works hard in providing a safe and comfortable space. She will ask questions and give feedback to assure the circle is in agreement with what everyone wants as their outcome. Everyone will then lay down, and Cindy will use meditation music , stories, words and your desired outcomes to weave together suggestions and language patterns to create change at the unconscious level. She will then bring the group out of hypnosis, ask if anyone has anything to share or any feedback to close the support circle.

Cindy’s passion for Martial Arts stems from core beliefs of self-empowerment and inner strength to create and execute healthy boundaries. She has studied under Grandmaster Ho Jin Song and Master Jae-Min Mandala as well as being 2nd Dan black belt in Hapkido. Along with martial arts, Cindy is also a hypnotherapist and NLP trainer.
