We would like to invite you to Guided healing meditation
In this group meditation we will focus on rest and the creation of a safe space that allows for relaxation and healing.
No previous experience is needed, anyone is welcome.Meditation in itself has a lot of health benefits- not just for our body. It can also have a huge, positive impact on our mood and mental state.
Just the act of slowing down our breath and focussing our mind on a singular sensation has an immense power.It can help decrease the amount of stress and anxiety that one might be experiencing while it releases healthy hormones and neurotransmitters in the body and brain.
Once we balance ourselves and reduce the stress on our nervous system, the body finally gets the the opportunity to recover and heal.
And there is so much power to unlock and to discover in meditation. By simply focusing the mind on a specific ailment which might be in need of healing - physically, mentally and/or emotionally - big shifts can happen.Using the power of visualisation in a meditative state can accelerate the physical healing processes in the body and even encourage a new perspective to overcome emotional hardship.
Performed by oneself, it can sometimes be quite difficult to maintain the necessary focus to remain in a meditative state. When we are in a group, the energy will align with much more ease and we are able to connect as a whole. This generates an exceptionally potent energy between everyone which makes it much easier to stay in the flow.Everyone will have their own individual experience throughout the session which just adds to this unique and powerful group experience.
A safe space is held throughout the session allowing everyone to fully relax into their own body and to get the chance to connect with their inner self.
Practices such as meditation allows us to become more aware of our body and become receptive to messages that our body is trying to reveal to us.You do not need to have any previous experience to attend this session.
We all start somewhere so all you need is an open mind.
