Hello, I'm Chelsea from R.O.W. and welcome!

You and your loved ones are invited to this Guided Group Breath Work + Sound Therapy session at Harbor of Dreams Art! Join us on Sat, Nov 23 2024 at 12:00 PM for a rejuvenating experience as I will guide you through a 90 minute session of breathwork, vocal expression, somatic practices, and a sound bath with my crystal quartz singing bowls. This is an opportunity to learn tools to help you regulate your nervous system and practice them in person together.

Please bring: a mat, blanket, pillow, and journal. Please wear clothes that are flexible and comfortable.

Doors open at 11:40am. Free Parking is available.
