WHAT IS FOREST BATHING?
Originating from the Japanese practice of "Shinrin-yoku," forest-bathing is not just a walk in the woods; it's a mindful exploration of nature using all your senses. Guided by an experienced practitioner, you'll be invited to slow down, become present and connect with the natural surroundings, fostering a transformational experience with nature.
p.s. don't worry, no swimming costumes are required!

Excludes: car parking (free to National Trust members please bring your membership card for scanning).
