About this Event
Join us for a gentle, yet powerful healing experience in the woods. This guided forest bathing session is a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember your connection to the natural world.
Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing invites you to “bathe” in the forest atmosphere - not through exertion, but through presence. Guided through mindful invitations, sensory awareness, and quiet reflection, you’ll learn to listen with your whole body and let the forest speak to you.
This is a very mindful, slow moving, low impact practice. We will not be walking far, and there is plenty of time to sit or lay down.
✨ Why join:
- Recalibrate your nervous system and release stress
- Reconnect with intuition and inner stillness
- Strengthen your bond with the natural world around you
- Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and renewed
No experience is needed — only curiosity and a willingness to be still.
✨ What to bring:
- Comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and shoes
- Blanket or chair to sit on
- Water bottle
This is an outdoors practice and happens rain or shine. Event will be rescheduled in case of severe weather.
Please note that the terrain is natural and you are responsible for being mindful of where you step. Parking and washroom are available on site.
Please leave your furry friends at home.
