About this Event
Welcome the new year with a rejuvenating breathwork experience designed to quiet the mind, soften tension, and create space for clarity and gratitude. This session will guide you inward through intentional breathing and grounding, leaving you feeling renewed and lighter.
This session will be led by Danniell Hurst and is sponsored by Stilly Valley Health Connections.
Please bring: Blanket, yoga mat (or camping pad, extra blanket), pillow (extra pillow or bolster for under knees can support your lower back), water, openness to the experience, eye mask (optional). Dressing in layers and wearing comfortable clothing is recommended.
Note: This event is for those 18 years and older. There is a required waiver as part of your registration. Doors will close and class will begin PROMPTLY at the start time to ensure the integrity of the experience, so attendees should plan 10 minutes early. No late entry! It is not reccomended to eat a big meal before breathwork.
