Christina Hill delivers a 3 part series on developing property in South East Queensland. This seminar provides key insights to inform the due diligence process when purchasing and developing property. As a Senior Town Planner, Christina shares her experience in the development industry and offers town planning concepts and methods to navigate the property market and find sites with development potential. She explains the approval process, timeframes and associated costs.
Places are limited to 4 attendees per session to maximise interaction and question time.
Duration: Approx 2 hours.

1. Understanding State and Council Mapping (including tutorials)
2. Outlining Development Application and Assessment Timeframes (including flowcharts)
