We will come together Sunday March 23rd from 10am to 3pm, there will be time for sharing and community at 3pm should you wish to stay.We will begin by walking through a chakra meditation, cleansing and clearing any energies you are holding that aren’t serving your highest power.
We will then go through meditative practices focused on guidance connecting to:
🦁spirit animals
👵ancestral knowledge
🧚🏼connection for your spirit guides
🦄higher self connection
Through these 5 meditations I hope to create a path of guidance for you if you’re currently feeling lost, open yourself to a higher level of spiritual connection, and reach a new level of self confidence through intuition building.
After each meditation we will engage in a flow writing extension meditation to record all seen and felt during these inter dimensional connective moments.
You will be provided with a journal and pens. Please bring a lunch or snacks, water and if you prefer a particular mat or position bring pillows, blankets or any comfort items with you. If there is someone specific from your ancestral line that you’d like to connect to consider bringing an item of there’s or a photo of them.
Please note that while there are no refunds or exchanges on these if you end up unable to attend you will have virtual access to the meditations and can pick up your journal at any time. Thus enabling you to participate on your own time table.
