About this Event
The UCF Center for the Study of Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery is hosting a FREE Workshop for all front line guest service team members, supervisors, managers, directors, concierge, bell service, valet, club lobby level, and any other team members that work as part of the guest experience during check-in and check-out in the lodging industry. The training workshop will take place at the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management, in collaboration with United Abolitionists, Inc, and the Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association.
Experts presenters will include an educator, an advocate, and a survivor of human trafficking. The workshop will train team members to be able to identify possible trafficking during the check-in and check-out process in the lodging industry. Resources will be provided for attendees to be able to identify and report trafficking.
