Green Lady Cocktail Room is bringing the best of the global cocktail scene to Waikiki with the launch of its new 2025 rotating bartender program: Guests of Green Lady.

This exclusive rotating program is kicking off by featuring industry-acclaimed expert Brett Adams, visiting us from Multnomah Whiskey Library in Portland Oregon.

Brett's Gin & Whisk(ey) class is a private, ticketed event at Green Lady Cocktail Room offering:

• (1) Welcome drink
• A variety of tastings of Ford's Gin, Old Forester Bourbon, Benriach Scotch Whisky, Woodford Reserve
• Bar snacks
• Insights on the history of whiskey, what makes a bourbon vs. a scotch vs. a whiskey vs. a whisky flavor profile, and the terroirs of these liquors and where they are from
• Learnings on the history of the martini and the importance of vermouth
