Please join us as we welcome Jerry Cervantes Sensei as our guest instructor.
Cervantes Sensei began aikido training in the yoshinkan tradition under Gilbert James Shihan. In 1992 he started his aikikai journey at the Glen Ellen Aikido Club then continued at the Midwest Aikido Center under Akira Tohei Shihan. He is currently ranked 4th dan, Fukushidoin and instructs at the Midwest Aikido Center. Mr. Cervantes also holds a dan rank in Musi Jikiden Eishin Ryu through the Nippon Iaido Renmei and also in Tae kwon do. He also studied Cabales Serrada Escrima extensively under Angel Cabales and Jimmy Tacosa.
