Chef Brian Tesolin will welcome Chefs Justin Leboe and David Ryc from Banff’s LUPO Ristorante Italiano. The LUPO team has achieved numerous, impressive accolades including #6 Best New Restaurant in Canada’s 100 Best following its opening last year. The collaborative tasting menu will reflect the chefs' history with nostalgic elements and their shared passion for hand-made pasta and seasonal produce. Menu highlights include Foie Gras Mousse Pizzelle with Italian Cherries, Stuffed Chicken Wing with Apple Shaoxing Glacé and Roasted Potato Gnocchi with Parmesan Broth and Black Truffle.
